What Our Clients Think of Us!

Marylou’s Coffee has had an outstanding experience working with Scribendi Digital Marketing for our website design and management, social media advertising and the implementation of new digital tools. Their team consistently goes above and beyond, not only providing exceptional service but also anticipating our needs before we even voice them. They offer strategic guidance that keeps our company’s name in front of the public and ensures we stay current and competitive in a fast moving market.

Their responsiveness is unmatched-whether it’s a routine request or an urgent need, they are quick to step in with solutions that are both thoughtful and effective. As Marylou’s has experienced rapid growth and expansion, Scribendi has supported us every step of the way. Their expertise, reliability, and forward thinking approach have contributed greatly to our success. Thanks to their ongoing partnership, they have truly become a household name in our market area and we are grateful for the strong relationship we’ve built with them. We highly recommend their services to any company looking for a dependable, innovative, and proactive digital partner.

Scribendi has been a remarkable family-owned marketing company that we have had the pleasure of working with for many, many years. From designing colorful flyers to re-designing our website to make it more user friendly, Scribendi has been nothing but thoughtful and professional. Our most recent work with them included monthly e-mail blasts which provided timely additional communications with our client base. Their quick responses as well as attention to detail puts them above the rest!

Conor and Bill are incredible! Not only is my website (legacycurator.org) set up perfectly and professionally regarding content but it draws in business. From a servicing perspective, they respond to me quicker than my wife does! lol Always a quick reply with an answer to my questions.

We have relied on the creative inspiration of Scribendi for much of our print and online marketing for several years. We have always found them easy to work with. Their customized approach begins with our input, but they know when to provide their own input and get us back on target. This give-and-take has allowed us to market our brand effectively and consistently, all while working well within deadlines and on a budget we can live with.

Bill has a unique ability to understand and embody our organization allowing him to quickly home in on the key issues while always maintaining the voice of our company. He fosters a lighthearted and creative work environment that facilitates an easy dialogue and the development of new ideas.

Partnering with Scribendi allows me to execute double the marketing initiatives for my firm. The team at Scribendi is amazing and they have added great value to our firm and to our brand. Best of all, they share in my vision for what we are trying to achieve and are a sincere pleasure to work with.

Scribendi has greatly contributed to the growth of our non-profit organization. Their flexibility is unmatched, and their work has helped to make our small team look like we have a full marketing department on staff. And they're a pleasure to work with, as well!

Bond Printing & Marketing has been partnering with Scribendi Digital Marketing since 2005. We’ve always found them to have GREAT customer service, response time and final product . We not only use them for our own business but are always happy to refer our customer to Scribendi for digital/ web service needs, as we know they will treat our customers as good if not better than we do. Bond Printing & Marketing, and our customers, HIGHLY recommend this great business.

FIRST, he is immediately responsive. If there's a problem with my site, he is ON IT asap.
SECOND- he digs in and does whatever is necessary to SOLVE the problem while clearly communicating about what needs to be done.
THIRD billing is prompt, detailed, and fair. Reasonable rates for thorough work.
FOURTH- he is unfailingly professional, thoughtful, kind, careful in every way, and has made great suggestions to enhance my site's performance over time.
It is a pleasure to recommend Conor McDonough and Scribendi!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scribendi was recommended to Esplanade Travel by a mutual partner and from the very first email exchange, to the many zoom calls, Conor and the team were a pleasure to work with. This was my first time leading a website design/overhaul and Conor just got it. He understood the vision and what we were trying to achieve with our new website. He was professional, patient, thoughtful, timely and thorough. He nailed our vision and our new website is fantastic. The Scribendi team is always available for consult and help, and you never have to wait long to hear from them. I highly recommend their services to everyone!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've worked with Scribendi for over 25 years, going back to the days before the internet. Now I have a marketing business and I use Scribendi Advertising Digital Marketing for a variety of things...from individual articles, press releases, content for an entire site, redesigns of entire sites, reconfigurations of individual pages for better conversion...any and all of the above.

I have infinite confidence in the collaboration and partnership we have with Bill and Conor, and I would never consider other options. We work on ongoing projects together, and we have one-time things that come and go. All of it gets handled with care and professionalism, and a high degree of know how and skill. We count on Bill and Conor to keep us in the right place.

Bill and Conor are part of our team, and we're happy and proud that this is happening. We're lucky to work with them. I could not recommended Scribendi any higher.
